The Safety Team at Independence Excavating, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety across all projects. This includes developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and providing continuous education and training for all staff. Led by the Assistant Safety Director, the team, which includes the Regional Safety Manager and Demolition Safety Manager, works collectively to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all industry regulations, thereby safeguarding both employees and the environment.
