James Flores

James Flores is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Independence Home Loans since January 2024, James previously held the position of Director of Marketing at The Federal Savings Bank from August 2012 to April 2023, and at Chicago Bancorp from December 2011 to August 2012. Prior experience includes Marketing Operations Manager at Guaranteed Rate, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the revamping of marketing processes and supervision of marketing projects for over 200 loan officers. James began a career in marketing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee, focusing on corporate account establishment and customer service excellence. James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Advertising from Illinois Wesleyan University.
