Heather Graves

Heather Graves is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in the pet industry. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Independence Pet Group since January 2022, Heather has previously held multiple roles at Nationwide, including Sr. Consultant for Pet Finance PM&A, Financial Business Advisor, Product Manager for Pet Insurance, Project Manager for Claims, and Customer Service Team Lead. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and Mathematics from California State University, Fullerton, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2001.
