Rae Binstock

Rae Binstock is a professional screenwriter and associate director known for extensive experience in creative writing and workshop facilitation. Currently employed at Independent Artist Group since June 2022 and Good Energy since September 2021, Rae has garnered accolades as a Grand Prize Winner in national TV writing competitions. Responsibilities at Good Energy include generating copious copy for grant proposals and leading workshops on climate representation. Freelance work encompasses conducting interviews, ghostwriting, conducting research, and editing articles for reputable publications. A former literary scouting assistant at Rachel Hecht Children's Scouting, Rae also has a background as a playwright represented by Paradigm Talent Agency and has served as a writers' assistant across multiple networks such as NBCUniversal and Apple TV. Rae holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Drama from Columbia University and is dedicated to enhancing media representation of climate issues.
