Ashley Boyd has extensive experience in consumer dispute resolution and collections, currently serving as a Consumer Dispute Specialist at Independent Bank since December 2017. In this role, Ashley investigates consumer credit disputes and responds to Automated Credit Dispute Verifications. Previously, Ashley held a temporary position as a Collections Admin Clerk, which became permanent in May 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Development Representative at Mimeo, where Ashley engaged with schools across the United States, and as a Volunteer Service Representative at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, coordinating fundraising efforts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Japanese and another Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and History from The University of Memphis, alongside early education at White Station High School and Cordova High School.
