Currently serving on the Supply Chain and Sustainability Resource Committee of the Independent Beauty Association and as a member of C-Sweet and The Co-Lab, Diana also provides guidance as a Small Business Advisor for Cosmetic Executive Women and an Advising Expert for Alumni Ventures. With a robust legal background, Diana operates Palchik Law & Consulting and has held positions as Of Counsel at Wright.law and Legal Counsel at Texas Instruments. Diana's legal expertise spans trademark law, IP strategy, and commercial agreements, complemented by a distinguished status as a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
