Tracy Holland has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Tracy is currently a board member of the Independent Beauty Association and was previously the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of HATCHBEAUTY Brands. Prior to HATCHBEAUTY, Tracy served as the President of Bravo Port Retail Management Group, Inc. and the Vice President of Sales at Aquis. Tracy began their career as the CEO of Jaqua Beauty. Under their leadership, Jaqua Beauty became one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the United States. Tracy is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing new beauty brands. Tracy has a proven track record of success in incubating and launching new beauty brands.

Tracy Holland has a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University.
