Katie Baker

Katie Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and community support within the case management and rehabilitation fields. Currently serving as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at ICM Independent Case Management since June 2021, Katie also held various leadership roles, including Community Supports Director. Prior to this, Katie spent 15 years at Friendship Community Care, Inc., where positions included Director of Day and Employment Programs and Adult Development Manager. Katie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Rehabilitation Science from Arkansas Tech University, earned in 2006.
