Kieran Rix

Kieran Rix, FCPFA, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) since November 2023 and holds an independent membership on the Audit & Risk Assurance Committee at The Office for Environmental Protection. Rix previously held roles including Interim Finance Director at London & Partners and Director of Finance & Corporate Services at The Electoral Commission, where significant achievements included developing funding relationships with the UK, Scottish, and Welsh Parliaments. Other notable positions include Programme Director for the Roads Improvement Programme at Highways England and Corporate Finance Director at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where Rix focused on funding and operational strategy development. Early career experience includes key roles at the Department for Transport, HM Treasury, and CIPFA, emphasizing public financial management and reporting expertise.
