Meadhbh Patterson

Meadhbh Patterson currently serves as the Head of Community Engagement at the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) since October 2023. Previously, Meadhbh held the position of Head of Programmes at the Northern Ireland Office from June 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Meadhbh worked as a Retail Analyst at The Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation from September 2014 to June 2021, focusing on consumer protection, vulnerable customer support, and sustainability initiatives. Meadhbh holds a Master's degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both from Queen's University Belfast.

Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR)

The Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) will provide information to families, victims, and survivors of Troubles-related deaths and serious injury, and promote reconciliation. The ICRIR will be established by the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Act. The Rt Hon Sir Declan Morgan has been identified as Chief Commissioner-designate of the ICRIR.
