Prathibha Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Prathibha started their career in 1989 as an Accountant at Rama Krishna & Company and worked there until 1991. Prathibha then moved to Sriram Pistons, where they served as an Account Manager from 1991 to 1994. In 2005, Prathibha joined ICCG as an Executive Vice President, a role they held until 2014 when they became the President of the company. ICCG is an American IT solutions provider with operations in India and the UK, and Prathibha's contributions included managing over 1,000 projects and implementations across various enterprise technologies.
Prathibha Kaushik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and CPA from the University of Madras.
