Marci Proper

Marci Proper is an experienced professional in customer relations and healthcare finance, currently serving as Director of Customer Relations for both Independent Connections and Proper Connections LLC since March 2019 and October 2015, respectively. At Proper Connections, Marci focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in technology consulting. Prior experience includes working as Financial Coordinator and Patient Advocate at Fairview Hospital from 2009 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing staff, handling insurance denials, preparing financial reports, and advocating for patients. Marci holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Finance from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
