Dave Fletcher

David Fletcher is currently serving as the Vice President & Account Executive at Independent Correspondent Bankers’ Bank and as the Mayor of the Town of Belle, West Virginia. Prior to these roles, David held positions as Vice President at The Bankers' Bank of Kentucky and as Program Manager at the West Virginia State Auditor's Office. He retired from both these positions in December 2015. Before that, David worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond as District Outreach until his retirement in September 2012. With a background in banking and finance, David has held various positions such as Assistant Vice-President at City National Bank and Auditor and Bookkeeping Supervisor at First National Bank of Belle. He also served as a Supervisor at Kanawha Valley Bank. David holds a degree in Banking and Finance from West Virginia State University, and has received additional education in Community Bank Management from The University of Wisconsin and from the WV Bankers School of Banking.
