Mary Theroux

Mary Theroux has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mary started their career in 1985 as the President of San Francisco Grocery Express, where they served until 1989. In 1990, they joined the Independent Institute and worked as the Senior Vice President until May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chairman and CEO at the Independent Institute. Additionally, Mary Theroux served as the Advisory Director for The Salvation Army from 1997 onwards. From 1991 to 1998, they held the role of Chairman at Garvey International.

Mary Theroux attended Stanford University from 1974 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a degree in Economics and completed their A.B. degree.
