Rosenie Blanc

Rosenie Blanc is an experienced Behavior Intervention Specialist Coordinator at Independent Living Association NYC since August 2021 and a Doctoral Candidate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, specializing in Behavioral Psychology with a focus on Intellectual Development Delay, Brain Injury, and individuals with co-occurring mental health challenges.
