Elsy Gonzalez

Elsy Gonzalez, MS, is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and program management. As the Lead Agency Programs Manager at Independent Living Systems, LLC since July 2019, Elsy oversees reporting and administration for the Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Lead Agency Unit, ensuring compliance with DOEA and Alliance for Aging, Inc. Prior to this role, Elsy served as Contract Manager and Information and Referral Specialist at Alliance for Aging, Inc. from April 2012 to June 2019, where responsibilities included contract administration, program compliance evaluation, and community advocacy. Elsy holds multiple degrees from Grand Canyon University, including a Master’s Degree in Psychology and graduate certifications in Mental Health and Geropsychology, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
