Leo O'Reilly

Leo O'Reilly CB serves as a Board Member for the Education Authority in Northern Ireland and has been a member of the Board of Trustees at the Timoney Leadership Institute since March 2012. O'Reilly is also a member of the Senate at Queen's University Belfast and holds the position of Non-Executive Member at the Independent Monitoring Authority for Citizens’ Rights Agreements. Additionally, O'Reilly chairs the Governing Bodies Association (Northern Ireland) and serves as Chairperson of the Board of Governors at Our Lady and St Patrick's College, Knock. Previous roles include Permanent Secretary at the Department for Communities, the Department of the Environment, and the Department of Finance and Personnel in Northern Ireland. O'Reilly's education includes a Dip in Public Finance & Leadership from Warwick Business School and an MSc in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Ulster.
