Alex Schmus

Alex Schmus has extensive experience in accounting and auditing, currently serving as Controller and previously as Accounting Manager at Independent Pharmacy Cooperative (IPC) since January 2015. Prior roles include Internal Auditor II at Alliant Energy from September 2013 to January 2015 and Senior Audit Associate followed by Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from October 2010 to September 2013. Alex began a career in finance as a Finance Intern at RMT, Inc. in 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems and a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems, both obtained from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
