Andrea Lamelle Headrick is an experienced professional in human resources and office management, currently serving as Human Resource & Office Manager at Independent Power since November 2022, with prior experience as Office Administrator. Previous roles include Family Experience & Front Office Manager at Watershed School, Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, and Catering Sales Assistant at Gaylord Hotels, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, client communications, contract preparations, and team leadership. Andrea’s background also includes event coordination roles at FedEx Office and NOAH'S Event Venue, and marketing experience at Artistic Talent Group. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida.

Independent Power has been designing and installing premium solar+storage systems for residential and commercial customers in Colorado and Montana since 1996. When our founder first started IPS, he was instrumental in educating the state utility on the virtues of solar energy and was ultimately awarded installation of the first grid-connected solar system in the state as well as the country. Today we are leaders in battery backup systems designed and installed to provide energy when it’s needed most.
