Dimitris Mavridis

Dimitris Mavridis is a Senior System Engineer at IPTO-Independent Power Transmission Operator since October 2021, specializing in the administration of virtualization platforms, storage solutions, and backup management across various infrastructures while ensuring system security through CIS hardening techniques. Prior to this role, Dimitris served as a Senior Information Technology Engineer at OTE Group of Companies, delivering efficient remote support and managing mobile device management for over 10,000 devices. Earlier experience includes freelance web development, focusing on e-commerce solutions and website support, and working at OTE Group as an IT Technician, where responsibilities included active directory support and troubleshooting. Currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Digital Systems Security at the University of Piraeus, Dimitris also holds a MicroMaster in Cloud Computing from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from the Technological Educational Institute of Central Greece.
