Luke Wallace

Luke Wallace is an experienced technology and research professional with a robust background in project analysis and economic consulting. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Director of the Project Research Division at Independent Project Analysis since July 2018, Luke has held multiple leadership roles within the organization since 2005, focusing on cost analysis methods and best practices for capital projects. Prior to this, Luke was the Manager of Litigation Analytics at Summit Consulting, LLC, overseeing a team of economists and statisticians providing expert support in complex legal cases. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Rhode Island.
