Minji Kong

Minji Kong is a UX Researcher at Independent Project Analysis since January 2024, where responsibilities include integrating research-backed UX/UI decisions into product development, leading UX research initiatives, and managing Research Operations. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Delaware as an NSF Graduate Research Fellow, focusing on user-centered guidelines for educational technology, and as a Graduate Research Assistant, contributing to professional development for K-12 teachers. Additional roles included co-creating and instructing courses on equity in computing, conducting research on cloud service applications, and exploring programming behaviors among novice programmers. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, complemented by minors in Interactive Media and Art, and a high school diploma from Cab Calloway School of the Arts with a focus on Digital Media.
