Neil Frederick

Neil Frederick is an experienced professional with a solid background in project analysis and scientific research. Currently serving as a Reviewer at Independent Project Analysis since March 2006, Neil has conducted over 1000 project evaluations and actively mentors project analysts while upholding quality standards across various deliverables. Earlier, as a Senior Implementation Analyst, Neil focused on risk identification and analysis for capital projects up to $2 billion. Neil's academic background includes a PhD in Physics from UC San Diego and a BS in Physics from UC Santa Barbara, complemented by significant research experience as a Graduate Research Scientist at UC San Diego, where Neil led studies on superconductivity and contributed to published works in international journals.
