A Subway® veteran with 25 years brand experience, Ashish has been a Franchisee for more than 21 years and currently owns 7 locations in Windsor, ON, Canada.
His diverse multi-industry career experiences, from R&D, Advertising, Media and Finance to his 11-year role as Chief Engineer at Tokai-Rika (Toyota ), have given Ashish unique perspective when facing the challenges of a Subway® Franchisee. Through most of his career, Ashish has been focused on gaining efficiencies through robotics and automation.
As an IPC Board Member, Ashish looks to apply his experience to the supply chain while looking to identify opportunities for added efficiencies in sourcing and logistics.

IPC was incorporated in September 1996 to serve as the purchasing and services cooperative for Subway® Franchisees in the United States and Canada. Created through the cooperative efforts of the Subway® Franchisees, it is a model of what can be achieved through a strategic approach to services, supplies, equipment, logistics, information and supplier relations in a multi-billion dollar food service business.
