Diana Garzon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Program Manager E-PMO at Independent Purchasing Cooperative since March 2022, Diana previously held the position of Senior Manager, Supply Chain PMO at Office Depot from September 2018 to March 2022. At Baxter International Inc., from 2000 to 2018, Diana excelled in several roles including Strategic Initiatives Program Director for the LATAM Region, where a high-performance supply chain was developed. Additional interim roles included Supply Chain Director for the Mexico Cluster and IT Portfolio Manager for Latin America and Canada. IPC was incorporated in September 1996 to serve as the purchasing and services cooperative for Subway® Franchisees in the United States and Canada. Created through the cooperative efforts of the Subway® Franchisees, it is a model of what can be achieved through a strategic approach to services, supplies, equipment, logistics, information and supplier relations in a multi-billion dollar food service business.
