Kirsten Michulka

Kirsten Michulka is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IPC, joining the organization in January 2022.

Prior to joining IPC, Kirsten held in various senior roles in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS), focused on the Taco Bell brand. During her tenure, she played a key role in the execution of Taco Bell’s growth strategy by delivering industry-leading supply chain capabilities, substantial cost saving initiatives and a world-class sales and operations planning process.

Kirsten joined RSCS as a Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning in 2013 from HAVI, a private company focused on optimizing supply chains for leading brands. While at HAVI, Kirsten led the supply chain operations and new products and promotions teams for McDonald’s.

Previously, she led the new build and remodel line of business for all Yum! Brands accounts while serving as Director of Operations for PrimeSource Foodservice Equipment. In addition, she has held various roles in distribution and international operations with PepsiCo Food Systems.

Kirsten earned a BA in International Business from Florida State University and an MA in International Affairs from George Washington University. She also completed the Women’s Foodservice Forum’s (WFF) Executive Leadership Management program led by the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
