Meissner Morales - Cissp

Meissner Morales is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in information security engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Information Security Engineer at BHG Financial since August 2020 and as an IT Security Engineer for the Independent Purchasing Cooperative since April 2019. With a background in maintaining IT security operations for multinational clients at Telefónica Business Solutions, Meissner has managed firewalls and ensured the continuity of security operations. Previous roles include Senior Systems Engineer positions at Entel and IKOM, and IT Security Engineer at Proweb Latam, where involvement with leading IT security vendors took place. Early career experience includes network and systems administration at Cubana de Aviación and software engineering at the Cuban Center for NeuroSciences. Meissner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Havana and additional education from The Academy of South Florida, alongside certifications including CISSP and CEH.
