Aujen Briones

Aujen Briones has worked in various software engineering and testing roles since 2011. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Analyst and Business Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. During this time, they participated in key requirements gathering and project analysis using Agile Methodology, and used Quality Center (ALM) 11 in conducting testing and defect management. From 2013-2015, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services (Deutsche Bank), where they used Agile Methodology in Functional and Non-Functional Testing, SQL for Database Management, and ALM 12 as a testing tool. From 2015-2016, they worked as an Executive (Senior Test Analyst) at Macquarie Group, where they managed solo projects for various business transactions and directed communication to other executives and stakeholders in the business. From 2016-2018, they worked as an Engineer (Software Test Analyst) at Planit Testing, where they worked within a team responsible for the analysis and planning of large scale software projects across Financial Services, Banking and Payments, and Insurance industries. Finally, they are currently working as a Software Engineer at Independent Reserve since 2022.

Aujen Briones obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the Philippines in 2017, following a BS Mathematics in Mathematics and Statistics from the same university, which they completed in 2011. Aujen also holds certifications from iSQI GmbH, Tricentis, ASTQB - Official Page - American Software Testing Qualifications Board, ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, and ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
