Janel Barksdale

Janel Barksdale has a vast work experience in learning and development roles. Janel started at First Bank in 1998 in a training role until 2010. Then, they worked at Prosperity Bank from 2006 to 2017 focusing on sales development. Currently, they are with Independent Financial, where they have held several positions, including Director of Retail Learning and Development, Senior Vice President Learning and Development, Vice President of Learning and Development Manager.
