Antti Siltanen

Antti Siltanen has extensive experience in the field of Life Sciences. Antti is currently working as an Equity Analyst at Inderes Oyj since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at the University of Helsinki, including Coordinator of National Life Science research infrastructures at Biocenter Finland and Coordinator of University of Helsinki Life Science research infrastructures at HiLIFE. Antti also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher, conducting research on cardiac and skin regeneration, and teaching pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine. Antti has also served as a Research Coordinator at the University of Helsinki and as a Visiting Researcher at Osaka University, where they worked on a project related to induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes purification. Antti completed their PHD at the University of Helsinki, focusing on treating myocardial infarction and heart failure with tissue engineering and cell transplantation. Antti Siltanen's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the University of Jyväskylä. They pursued a degree in Molecular Biology and completed their Master of Science (MS) in this field in 2008. Following this, Antti went on to study at the University of Helsinki from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biomedical Sciences, with a focus on the general field.
