Karoliina Loikkanen

Karoliina Loikkanen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in sustainability and ESG solutions. Currently, they serve as the Head of ESG Solutions at Inderes Oyj since March 2022. Prior to that, Karoliina worked at Nokia, where they held multiple positions including VP of Sustainability from September 2021 to November 2021, Global Head of Sustainability from September 2020 to August 2021, and Head of Sustainability from June 2019 to August 2020. Before Nokia, they worked at Cargotec, where they served as Director of Sustainability from March 2018 to May 2019, Director of Corporate Responsibility from October 2015 to February 2018, Director of EHS from April 2011 to September 2015, and Sustainability Officer from January 2008 to March 2011. Karoliina'searlier experience includes working as a Marketing Assistant at Stena Technoworld from November 2006 to December 2007 and as a Research Assistant at the Center for Markets in Transition/Helsinki School of Economics from March 2004 to November 2006. Karoliina began their career as an Intern of Management at the Helsinki City Office from October 2003 to February 2004.

Karoliina Loikkanen completed their Master of Science degree in Geography at the University of Helsinki from 1998 to 2003. Karoliina also studied Geography, political history, and history at Universität des Saarlandes from 2000 to 2001. Currently, they are pursuing further education in Accounting and company law at the University of Eastern Finland, Open University, starting from 2021.
