Javier Lázaro Gaspar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence adoption, and IT solutions management. Currently serving as the Digital Hub Director at Ferrovial since September 2009, Javier leads initiatives in AI integration and the development of innovative digital products across various sectors. Prior roles at Ferrovial include Senior Manager of Transportation Solutions and Enterprise Integration and Senior Manager of Toll Road Solutions, overseeing complex projects in multiple countries. Javier is also an Executive Board Member at IndesIA, author at "El fin de la INERCIA," and has held advisory positions, including on the Techestate Senior Advisory Board for Construmat. With a solid educational background that includes an MBA and a Master’s in Computer Science, Javier's expertise spans project management, billing systems, and entrepreneurship in the tech industry.
