Wissam Mussaed is an experienced professional in learning and development, serving as Manager of Learning and Leadership Development and Head of Learning and Development at INDEVCO Group since October 2009. Mussaed has successfully established two learning institutes and manages a team of trainers across the MENA region, focusing on behavioral and technical skills while aligning training programs with corporate objectives. Additionally, Mussaed is a faculty member at the American University of Technology, teaching various courses in management information systems. Previous experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Staples, where Mussaed led teams to achieve significant sales growth while fostering a culture of learning. Mussaed holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Lebanese American University, earned between 1992 and 1994.
