Eric T. Smith

Eric T. Smith is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in various high-level positions across multiple industries. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Talentcare since 2013, Eric has focused on enhancing recruitment and retention strategies through innovative branding, data, and HR technology solutions. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors for IndeVets and providing senior advisory services to Lone Worker Solutions. Eric has held key executive positions such as Interim CEO of Pivot Acquisition Corp., Managing Director at Alsbridge, and Group COO and CEO of the Public Sector at Liberata plc. Eric's early career included significant roles at BillingZone, LLC, Perot Systems Corporation, Czech American Enterprise Fund, and Price Waterhouse. Eric holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
