Michelle Banfield

Michelle Banfield is a Chief People Officer at Indevin Group, where they focus on enhancing employee experience and performance. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Fonterra, including General Manager of Culture and Engagement and General Manager of Employee Experience. With a background in employment law, they began their career as a solicitor and later worked as an Associate in leading law firms in London. Michelle also contributes to the Kohia Terrace School Board as an elected parent representative. They hold a dual degree in Law and Social Sciences from Victoria University of Wellington.
