Katie Wilder

Katie Wilder has over 18 years of work experience in various communication and marketing roles. Katie is currently working as the Outreach and Education Lead at Index Analytics LLC since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Communications Specialist at ASRC Federal from November 2022 to May 2023.

From December 2020 to November 2022, Katie worked as a Communications Consultant at Wheelhouse Group, where they supported the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review's Office of Information Technology in modernizing their systems. Katie led the implementation of a new tool to deliver engaging content and streamlined the existing process.

Before that, they worked as the Advancement Director at St. Agnes Catholic School from October 2017 to December 2020. Katie also worked as a Project Manager at NFM Lending from March 2017 to April 2018 and as a Communications and Training Manager at Edaptive Systems, LLC from May 2015 to March 2017.

Katie's earlier experience includes working as a Communications Specialist at Allegis Group from July 2011 to May 2015 and as a Marketing Manager at NFM from June 2005 to July 2011. During their time at NFM, they managed marketing campaigns, maintained social media presence, and developed a marketing platform for individual loan officers.

Katie also worked as a Marketing Manager at Pandora Jewelry CEE from March 2003 to March 2004, where they executed a $1 million international advertising campaign and managed the advertising co-op program for retail stores. Katie introduced a monthly newsletter and planned and staffed gift and trade shows.

Katie Wilder completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication from Villa Julie College from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications, including Project Management Essentials Certified, Executive Management Certified (EMC), Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Certified Team Supervisor (CTS), Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified, Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified, and ITILv3 Foundations. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as the Management and Strategy Institute and EXIN your ICT competence partner, with the most recent certification obtained in September 2017.
