Tiffany Fisher has worked at multiple companies in the customer service and quality assurance capacities. Tiffany began their career at Maricom Systems as a customer service representative, followed by a stint at General Dynamics Information Technology in the same role. Tiffany later worked for FEI Systems as a quality assurance analyst, and then as a lead quality assurance analyst. Tiffany also worked as a customer service analyst level 2 at Northrop Grumman. Most recently, they worked as a quality analyst at Radiant Infotech before moving on to their current role as a functional analyst at Index Analytics LLC.
Tiffany Fisher studied at Towson University from 2002 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In 2017, they additionally obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert.
