John is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and History.
John has been with Index since its founding. As Chief Operating Officer, John oversees all company operations to include eBook production, application production, project management, software architecture, research and development, human resources, information technology, facilities, accounting, and finance.
