Tracy O'Rourke

Tracy O'Rourke currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Stormont Vail Health, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, business development, marketing and communications, population health services, payor strategies, and regional network development since October 2015. Previously, Tracy held various roles at SSM Health from January 2010 to September 2015, including System VP of Business Development, Marketing and Communications, and Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Systems Improvement. Tracy also contributed to the Missouri Foundation for Health as a Board Member from December 2013 to December 2015 and was involved in strategic development at SCL Health from March 2003 to January 2010. Early career experience includes a managerial role at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from January 1999 to March 2003. Tracy holds an MBA in Business Administration and an MHA in Health Administration from the University of Missouri, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the same institution.
