Colin Ingall

Colin Ingall currently serves as Field CTO EMEA at Index Engines since June 2023, after holding various technical and engineering roles at Dell EMC from September 2014 to April 2023, including Advisory Systems Engineer. Notable achievements at Dell EMC include designing data protection solutions, introducing Archiving and Object Storage in the UK, and mentoring junior team members. Colin's extensive background in technical consulting spans roles at EMC, where responsibilities included serving as BRS District Presales Manager and Advisory Technology Consultant, as well as providing SAN and NAS architecture as an Independent Consultant. Earlier career experience includes positions at Hitachi Data Systems and British Gas, where leadership in systems programming and operations management contributed to uninterrupted service and significant cost savings.
