Prior to that, John worked as a VoIP Engineer at Genesis/AT&T and Vice President - Network Cable Telephony Operations at IDT Corporation. John has extensive experience in technical support, project management, and development in the telecommunications industry. John's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Monmouth University.
