Annam Syed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Annam is currently working at Index Exchange as a Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist, where they are responsible for cultivating a pipeline of talented individuals through innovative outreach methods. Prior to this, they worked at Uber as a Recruiting Coordinator for their Self Driving R&D department. Their role involved coordinating recruitment activities.

Before joining Uber, Annam worked at WilsonHCG as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator. Annam was responsible for managing applicant tracking system (ATS), coordinating interviews, preparing candidates for onboarding, conducting background checks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure an effective hiring process.

Annam's earlier experience includes working as a Client Support Specialist at the Ontario Water Wastewater Certification Office, an HR Project Assistant and Administrative Assistant at HR Associates, a Team Lead/Inventory Associate at Skechers, and a Customer Service Representative at Danier Leather.

Annam Syed completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Guelph from 2012 to 2016, with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Humber College, specializing in the same field. In October 2022, Annam obtained additional certifications in "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" and "The 10 Essentials of Influence and Persuasion" from LinkedIn.
