Charles Emeriau

Charles Emeriau is Senior Director of Sales for EMEA and LATAM at Index Exchange, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy across Europe and Latin America with a strong focus on streaming and publisher partnerships. Based in Barcelona, he oversees teams across multiple markets and drives Index’s expansion with major broadcasters, premium publishers, and global marketplaces.

Charles plays a central role in the development and adoption of Index’s Sell-Side Decisioning and Marketplace solutions, helping media owners unlock new revenue opportunities through direct supply paths, advanced curation capabilities, and transparent programmatic infrastructure. He works closely with leaders across product, legal, marketing, and technical account management to deliver scalable integrations for partners.

Before joining Index Exchange, Charles built deep experience across the programmatic and ad-tech ecosystem, developing expertise in strategic sales, streaming monetization, marketplace activation, and cross-regional publisher development. He is known for his ability to navigate complex commercial relationships, simplify technical topics for executives, and structure long-term partnerships that enhance both supply efficiency and buyer value.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Charles divides his time between European markets and LATAM expansion initiatives. He is passionate about transparency in advertising, improving the supply chain, and building high-performing international teams.
