Joshua Lo

Joshua Lo has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Joshua started their career as an Assistant Teacher at Spirit of Math Schools Inc. from September 2010 to June 2013. Joshua then worked as an IT Technical Analyst Co-op at Environment Canada from May 2014 to August 2014, where they were responsible for responding to client requests, analyzing and fixing security, hardware, and software flaws, as well as performing database management and ensuring IT equipment security.

Joshua then joined TD as a Solutions Developer Co-op from January 2015 to May 2015. Here, they completed significant projects such as updating interfaces between mortgage and loans data processes, modernizing processing and storage methods of daily mortgage transaction data, and documenting TD's data processes.

Next, Joshua worked as a Junior Software Developer Co-op at IBI Group from September 2015 to April 2016. Joshua'sresponsibilities included designing software solutions, integrating hardware, and utilizing Agile workflow for software design and release.

In 2017, they joined Vision Critical as a Release Engineering Co-op, where they gained experience in PowerShell and .NET C# while working on key tools and projects.

From May 2018 to July 2019, Joshua worked as a DevOps Developer at CaseWare International Inc., focusing on implementing DevOps practices and contributing to software development projects.

Joshua'smost recent role is at Index Exchange, where they started working as an Operations Engineer in July 2019.

Joshua Lo attended Richmond Hill High School in Ontario from 2009 to 2013. Joshua then went on to the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Nanotechnology Engineering from 2013 to 2018.
