Larry Duong

Larry Duong is an experienced professional in human resources and people systems, currently serving as the Manager of People Systems and Analytics at Index Exchange since August 2025. Prior to this role, Larry held multiple positions at Andela, including HRIS Manager and Senior HRIS Specialist from February 2022 to August 2025. Additional experience includes working as a Senior Talent Technology Specialist at Shopify and as an HCM Consultant at GroupeX Solutions. Larry also served as the Manager of HRIS at Kinross Gold Corporation and as an HRIS Specialist at Shred-it, where expertise in HR data compliance and information security was developed. Larry holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
