Rima Burder

Rima Burder has extensive work experience as a technical writer. Rima started their career in 2006 as a Senior Email Associate at Patni Computer System, where they were responsible for composing effective customer emails. In 2007, they joined ADP as a Senior Associate, working until 2009.

Rima then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services in 2010, where they served as a Snr. Technical Writer. Rima'sresponsibilities included reviewing documentation requests, conducting interviews with subject matter experts, and creating troubleshooting guidelines and standard operating procedures. Rima worked at Tata Consultancy Services until 2016.

In 2016, Rima joined Zenoti as a Senior Technical Writer. Here, they created knowledge-based articles for a SaaS product, collaborated with product managers and developers for technical accuracy, and wrote release notes and blogs.

From 2017 to 2019, Rima worked at Book4Time Inc. as a Senior Technical Writer. Rima'sroles included creating documentation standards, selecting a content publishing tool, and maintaining consistency in documentation.

In 2019, Rima had two separate technical writing positions. In addition, Rima has a Diploma in Creative Writing from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Rima completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from Bhavans College. Rima has also obtained a certification in "Building APIs with Swagger and the OpenAPI Specification" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
