Shael Fryer

Shael Fryer has over 15 years of work experience in the advertising and technology industry. Shael is currently the VP of Revenue Operations at Index Exchange, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Shael served as the Chief of Staff for the Sell-Side team at Index Exchange from April 2018 to December 2020. From February 2015 to March 2018, they were the VP of Enterprise at Index Exchange.

Before joining Index Exchange, Shael worked at Casale Media as a Senior Supply Manager from February 2011 to June 2012. In this role, they maintained relationships with publisher partners and optimized advertiser creative for maximum impact. Previously, they held the position of Publisher Relationship Manager at Casale Media from September 2005 to February 2011. In this role, they established and managed partnerships with leading web publishers.

Shael began their career at Xerox Canada Ltd as an Account Manager from June 2004 to June 2005.
