Thomas Lee's work experience began in 2011 as a Student Research Assistant at St. Francis Xavier University, where they conducted theoretical research on relativistic quantum mechanics for their honors thesis, which was later published. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant in Geochemistry, leveraging various X-Ray techniques for research conducted at the Argonne National Laboratory synchrotron. Thomas co-authored a paper on the solubility of Tugarinovite in Geofluids. In 2016, Thomas joined Mullen Lowe U.S. as an Associate Strategic Analyst. In the same year, they also started working at Index Exchange, where they held multiple roles, including Exchange Analyst, Senior Exchange Analyst, Senior Analyst in Product & Engineering, and most recently, Manager of Product Analytics.
Thomas Lee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at St. Francis Xavier University from 2009 to 2013. Afterwards, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Economics at Western University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their university education, they attended North Nova Education Centre from 2007 to 2009, during which they did not declare a specific degree or field of study.
