Amardeep Kaushal is an experienced professional with 11 years of experience in marketing and communications. In 2020, they became the Chairman of Human and Heritage Care Foundation and the Director of Confederation of Global Innovators - CGI®. AMARDEEP also serves as the Joint Director of India Assist. Prior to this, they were the Editor In Chief of CXO HERALD from 2015 to 2020, the Head of Marketing, CRM and Communications at C Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers from 2019 to 2020, the Chief Marketing Officer at TechEra Securities from 2018 to 2019, the Senior Marketing & Project Head at Sobha Ltd. from 2017 to 2018, the VP Marketing and Sales at UNICOM Seminars from 2015 to 2017, and the Business Head at PaulWriter from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have been a Community Volunteer at VeerNari Shakti Resettlement Foundation since 2019.

Amardeep Kaushal has an extensive educational background, beginning with a Matriculation degree from D.A.V. Public School Khalari, Ranchi in the field of Science from 1996 to 2000. AMARDEEP then went on to obtain an Intermediate degree from St. Xavier's College in Business/Commerce, General from 2000 to 2002. After that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata in Accounting and Business/Management from 2002 to 2005. In 2006 to 2008, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from DCSMAT Business School in Marketing. In 2014 to 2015, they obtained a DIGITAL MARKETING PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM in Association with Google from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education in the field of DIGITAL MARKETING. AMARDEEP also obtained two certificates from Manipal ProLearn in 2015, one in April and one in January. Finally, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma from International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in Data Science from 2017 to 2019.
