Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in credit appraisal and corporate banking. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at India Exim Bank since September 2008, Amit has held various roles including Assistant General Manager focused on the Credit Appraisal Group in Gujarat & Eastern Region, Chief Manager in the Special Situations Group for Stressed Assets Resolution, and Resident Representative in West Africa handling Sovereign Credit and Multilateral Cooperation. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Analyst at Bank of America and a Credit Analyst role at Bank of Baroda. Amit holds an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and a B.Com in Accounts from St. Xavier's College, along with certifications in Sustainability Studies and French Studies.
